Please note Clause 11.3 below from our constitution regarding nominations for the executive committee.
11.3 Nominations for the Executive Committee, duly nominated and seconded shall be taken from the financial voting members present at the Annual General Meeting including nominations in writing, duly seconded and signed in acceptance by the nominee where the nominee may be absent from the Annual General Meeting, provided the nomination has been given to the Secretary 1 week prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
The Officers of the retiring Executive Committee are eligible for re-election at the Annual General Meeting.
Please note voting rights at the annual general meeting is for full members over the age of 18 years of age or one vote per family with members under the age of 18 years of age will be granted to a parent of guardian of the family.
